Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the ShadowDMAffiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to become an affiliate and be bound by these terms.

As an Affiliate, you are eligible to earn a percentage of the net revenue generated by customers you refer using your unique link.

• Pro & Business Plans:25% recurring commission for 18 months.
• Starter & Basic Plans:10% recurring commission for 18 months.
• Net Revenue Calculation:Commissions are calculated based on the base plan price only.No commission is paid on GST (Goods and Services Tax)or any other applicable government taxes.

We strive for fairness in our payouts. However, we cannot pay for revenue we do not keep.

• Refunds:If a customer requests a refund for their subscription, any commission paid to you for that transaction will be reversed or deducted from future earnings.
• Failed Payments:No commission is earned or paid on failed or chargebacked payments.
• Customer Churn:If a referred customer cancels their subscription (churns), your commission payments for that customer will cease immediately.

Commission payouts are processed on a monthly basis.

• Minimum Threshold:You must reach a minimum balance of ₹500in earned commissions before a payout can be requested or processed.
• Verification:We reserve the right to delay payouts for up to 30 days to verify the legitimacy of referrals.

To maintain the integrity of our program, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

• Self-Referrals:You may not use your own affiliate link to purchase subscriptions for yourself or your accounts.
• Misleading Content:You may not use spam, deceptive advertising, or "coupon stealing" techniques.
• Brand Impersonation:You may not bid on ShadowDMbranded keywords in search ads or impersonate the brand on social media.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will cease to earn any new commissions, and your active referral windows will be closed.
