• We reserve the right to monitor, suspend, or permanently disable any storefront at our discretion, especially if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our policies.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShadowDM, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our platform, the operation of your storefront, the products you sell, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

ShadowDM provides software tools to facilitate online sales but is not a marketplace facilitator. You are strictly responsible for determining, collecting, withholding, reporting, and remitting any and all applicable taxes, duties, fees, or surcharges associated with your storefront sales to the appropriate tax authorities. We disclaim all liability for your failure to comply with your tax obligations.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect you to do the same. You may not upload, sell, or distribute content or products that infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or patents of third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
